In this challenge, we are focusing on
SETTING OUR DANCE GOALS
Pick ONE simple and achievable goal, like learning a new move or improving a specific dance technique.
Make a plan and schedule the days and times you will work on the steps to reach your goal. Pick a day that you plan to have the goal completed, and decide on a way that you can measure the success of your goal.
For fun, take a video of yourself at the beginning of the week and again at the end of the week to see your progress in action!
